How To Get Started With Cargobase? How Does The Onboarding Process Look Like?
Unlike most enterprise solutions the onboarding with Cargobase is extremely fast and usually takes between 1 to 2 weeks from kick-off. Our platform is built on a fixed processed that we can customised easily per the shippers needs.
We start off with a call of an hour with the stakeholders to determine the process setup. This means not just duplicating an existing process, but reviewing how to simplify their existing process in Cargobase.
Once the process has been determined, we will collect user details, create the accounts, and have the shipper introduce us to their logistics service providers.
We will take care of the training and the account setup for both the shipper and the logistics providers. The efforts for shipper are minimum once they have provided us with the data.
The 1-2 week timeframe is based on the training and onboarding of providers, but this goes faster since more are known with Cargobase and our process.
